Responding to reports of the defeat of Colorado Amendment 46 which sought to ban affirmative action in our state, Bruce H. DeBoskey, Regional Director of the Mountain States Office of the Anti-Defamation League said:

“The Anti-Defamation League is deeply gratified that the State of Colorado will be able to continue to offer targeted programs for women and members of minority groups in public education, public employment, and contracting. The defeat of Amendment 46 allows Colorado to use all of its Constitutional options to create a level playing field for its residents and to help correct injustices of the past.”
