Anti-Semitic and other hateful incidents have been on a disturbing rise and we have seen a dramatic increase in white supremacist activity throughout the region. ADL Mountain States Regional Director Scott L. Levin, in a recent letter to the editor of the Grand Junction Sentinel, commended the hundreds of people from Fruita, Grand Junction and the surrounding areas that have publicly made known their opposition to the flying of Nazi and Confederate flags.
