Over the years, I’ve served on lots of ADL committees (Education, Civil Rights, Centennial Celebration, Strategic Programming, etc.) and now it is an honor to be on the Regional Board.
Just as quickly as the 2013-2014 school year wraps up, ADL has begun to sign up schools for a brand new No Place for Hate® school year. Schools are encouraged to SIGN UP NOW for the 2014-2015 school year! We already have close to 30 schools signed up to participate next year in the No Place for Hate Initiative.
On April 26, 2014, nearly 40 educators and pre-service teachers from Colorado and Wyoming attended a full day event, “Teaching the Voices from the Holocaust”, which was hosted by the University of Northern Colorado and co-sponsored by the Anti-Defamation League and Colorado Holocaust Educators. ADL’s Summer Associate Research Program provides law firm summer associates the opportunity to complete pro bono legal research projects on cutting edge civil rights issues while furthering the mission of the Anti-Defamation League. 2014 is the seventh year of the program in Denver.
