What does Justice Scalia’s death mean for the future of the Supreme Court? As the 2016 election approaches, what does the principle of one person, one vote really mean? How far can a state go in restricting access to abortion? And will President Obama’s executive orders on immigration stand?

These questions and others were addressed during the Anti-Defamation League’s recent Supreme Court Review. Two dozen guests joined the conversation at the ADL Mountain States conference center on July 6 to watch the live program webcasted from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The review was moderated by Lauren Jones, ADL’s National Civil Rights Counsel. Legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky, Frederick Lawrence, and Dahlia Lithwick discussed these questions and other important issues in light of the cases issued this term by the Supreme Court.

If you did not have the opportunity to join ADL for the live webcast, you can watch ADL’s Supreme Court Review 2016 in full at www.adl.org/supremecourtreview. CLE credits are available.
