ADL Joins With Colorado Police Departments to Train 100 Law Enforcement Officers

  • October 18, 2012

On October 18, 2012, ADL partnered with the Greeley Police Department, the Wheat Ridge Police Department and Investigator Duane Eaton of the Arvada Police Department to train 100 law enforcement officers representing over a dozen departments. The training took place in Greeley, CO.

An ADL investigative researcher conducted the three-hour training on criminal activities associated with extremist groups, including neo-Nazis, white supremacists, racist prison gangs and the anti-government movement. The investigative researcher discussed the ideologies, tactics and histories of particular extremist leaders, groups and movements and detailed recent trends and developments.

ADL trains more law enforcement personnel than any other non-governmental organization in the United States. To learn more about ADL’s resources for and work with law enforcement, please call 303-830-7177 or email Denver@adl.org.
