DENVER, CO, June 12, 2014…..Responding to reports that racist propaganda, including flyers and CDs supportive of The Northwest Front, a white supremacist organization that advocates for the creation of a “white nation” in the Pacific Northwest, were distributed at Fort Carson Army Base in El Paso County, Colorado, Mountain States Anti-Defamation League Regional Director Scott L. Levin issued the following statement:

ADL condemns the distribution at Fort Carson of materials supportive of a white supremacist organization.  The materials asked soldiers if they ‘ever wonder if they are fighting for the right side’ and urged them to join the group in order to ‘secure the existence of our people and a future for White children.’   The soldiers at Fort Carson are among America’s finest.  They have sworn to uphold the greatest values this nation has to offer, including respect for everyone in this diverse country irrespective of their race.  ADL applauds reports that the army is investigating this matter.
