Date:March 13, 2008 UPDATE: One of the suspects was arraigned on March 7th and pled not guilty. A motions hearing is set for April 30th, and a jury trial is scheduled for June 9th. The other suspect pled guilty to the 3rd degree assault charge, and the bias-motivated crime charge was dropped. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail
