The Anti-Defamation League Mountain States Regional Office is pleased to welcome its newest team member, Assistant Director of Development Asha Holsopple.

Asha spent part of her childhood living with her family in sub-Saharan Africa, and afterwards in Indiana. Asha is a 2011 graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa. Following graduation, Asha moved to Alamosa, Colorado where she worked at Tu Casa, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving victims of domestic and sexual violence. Asha moved to Denver about a year ago and most recently worked for the State of Colorado helping administer grant funds to assist crime victims.

Asha’s interests include running, hiking and cycling. Her cycling team, Team Stay Phat, just completed the MS 150, a 150-mile two-day ride from Denver to Ft. Collins and back that raised funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Asha also enjoys reading – a recent recommendation is the mystery novel Broken Harbor by Tana French – and playing with her large fluffy dog, Samson.

When asked why she aspired to join the Anti-Defamation League staff, Asha explained: “I’m at the Anti-Defamation League because I truly support the mission of fighting anti-Semitism and working towards civil rights for all. I’m so excited to work on events and get to know people in the Denver community that are involved in ADL’s work.”

We’re excited to have you with us, Asha!
