This year has been both busy and tumultuous for the Supreme Court. From new appointments to impeachment hearings, COVID-19 disruptions, and months of global protests, this term’s cases have been influential and publicly scrutinized on an unprecedented scale.
Please join us for an America’s Town Hall discussion of the term with celebrated legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky, Paul Clement, Frederick Lawrence, and Dahlia Lithwick. Among those topics explored will be immigration policy, Title VII employment discrimination, and separation of church and state.
The panel will also be discussing the future of the Supreme Court in the wake of COVID-19’s ongoing repercussions.
