Join ADL for Pride Month!

June is LGBTQ Pride Month and ADL is proud to share several resources with the community for “Virtual Pride.” Denver Virtual Pride takes place this year on June 20-21, 2020. Now in its 45th year, Denver PrideFest festival typically draws more than 450,000 to Civic Center Park over two days, making it the largest Pride event in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Standing Up Against Race and Racism

The entire ADL community mourns for George Floyd who was horrifically murdered by the police in Minneapolis. ADL supports bills advancing Holocaust and genocide education, fair treatment

  This Spring, the ADL Mountain States Region has actively supported bills that enhance anti-discrimination laws in Colorado, opposed bills that sought to curtail Coloradans’ civil rights and is working to introduce Holocaust and Genocide studies in public schools throughout the state.  ADL has worked with an extensive network of coalition partners, including the Jewish Community Relations Council, to introduce House

ADL Leads Civil Rights Mission to the American South

In February, the ADL Mountain States Region was host to 44 board members and supporters that journeyed to the American South on a Civil Rights Mission to historical sites in Georgia and Alabama. Beginning in Atlanta and continuing on to Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham, the group visited several locations to learn more about slavery, the civil rights movement and current activism aimed at supporting the African American

  ADL’s Mountain States Region marked the birthday of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on January 20 by participating in Denver’s annual MLK Day Marade and celebration.
